The 7-star Persian Gulf Hotel, located at the northern entrance of the complex, sits on a 30,000-square-meter site. The hotel features 35 floors, a height of 150 meters, and 302 rooms. Designed for diplomatic and commercial use, it is recognized as the tallest hotel in Iran.

On the northern side of the hotel, sports grounds and summer lounge areas are situated. One of the hotel’s unique features is its dedicated VIP entrance, which includes a private pavilion. Distinguished guests can access their suites directly through this pavilion.
