Persian Gulf Commercial, Recreational, and Tourism Complex

The Persian Gulf Commercial and Recreational Complex is located in District 10 of Shiraz (northwest of the city). Situated along the Shiraz-Sepidan route, at the entrance of the new city of Sadra, the magnificent façade of the country’s second-largest complex, bearing the esteemed name of the “Ever-Persistent Persian Gulf,” captivates the eyes of every passerby; the complex serves as a commercial, recreational, cultural, and tourist hub.

Construction of the complex began in 2005 with private sector investment, and its first phase was inaugurated in April 2012. For over 13 years, the vast Persian Gulf Complex has been operational on a 500,000-square-meter site, featuring four commercial floors and six parking levels.

The Persian Gulf Commercial, Recreational, Cultural, and Tourism Complex is more than just a shopping center. It offers 5,500 covered parking spaces, the largest Hussainiya among commercial centers, a fitness club, medical and beauty clinics, several cafés, taxi services, car services, a car wash, Tipax courier services, and more—all designed to serve tourists and valued visitors from across Iran and around the world.

Each of the four commercial floors of the complex contains 7 separate blocks and 5 main and secondary corridors, where various businesses are located alongside administrative offices, banks, insurance companies, and numerous booths. Sixteen passenger elevators, 5 freight elevators, 2 panoramic glass elevators, 8 moving walkways leading to Hyperstar, and 54 escalators transport visitors across the different levels of the market. On every commercial floor and in the various blocks of the complex, men’s and women’s restrooms are provided in both Iranian and Western styles.
